A quiet invitation to slow down and come home to yourself

The Art of Living | Book Reading & Meditation

February 25 - April 15 | Wednesdays at 7:30PM EST

In times that ask a lot of us, this gathering offers a pause. Inspired by The Art of Living by Thich Nhat Hanh, we come together to read, reflect, and meditate—exploring how mindfulness, compassion, and awareness can help us meet life with greater ease and care.

The book offers a variety of simple yet powerful meditation practices that support us during challenging moments and help cultivate peace, freedom, and grounding in everyday life. In each session, Anabell will gently guide participants through selected meditations from the book, offering space to experience these practices directly and explore how they can support us both in the moment and beyond the gathering.

Each session weaves together a short reading, a reflective talk, optional shared insights, and a guided meditation. An invitation into gentle self-care—supporting steadiness, resilience, and inner care amidst uncertainty.

This class is offered on a sliding-scale basis to support access to well-being; you’re invited to contribute what feels possible for you.

7 Weeks · 7 Chakras

A Kundalini Yoga Series for Alignment & Healing

February 24 - April 16 | Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:30PM

7 Weeks · 7 Chakras is a trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga series focused on aligning, balancing, and harmonizing the body’s seven energy centers. Each week, we’ll explore one chakra through movement, breath, and meditation—supporting awareness, regulation, and embodied healing.

This series is informed by somatic and trauma-aware approaches to yoga, including insights from Overcoming Trauma through Yoga by Elizabeth Hopper, emphasizing safety, choice, and connection to the body.

No prior Kundalini experience is needed—participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace and honor their own boundaries.

This class is offered on a sliding-scale basis to support access to well-being; you’re invited to contribute what feels possible for you.

I’m a mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, offering practices that support presence, inner steadiness, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves. My work is rooted in mindfulness, movement, and embodied awareness—spaces where we can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves.

For many years, meditation and yoga have been part of my daily rhythm— tools to expand awareness, cultivate compassion, and stay present. These practices continue to inform how I guide and how I live— with curiosity, gentleness, and respect for our own innate wisdom.

Alongside teaching, I’m also an artist and designer. When I’m not guiding classes or writing, you’ll often find me creating—painting, sketching, sculpting, or exploring design work.

In this space, I share my personal reflections on how mindfulness weaves through my day-to-day life and creative work, as well as practices that continually bring me back home to my heart.

Thank you for being here.
